Starburst
- Set your foreground and background to two different colours.
- Select Filters > Sketch > Halftone Pattern.
- Set Contrast to 50 and pick a size.(5 is good or more Pattern Type Line)
- Rotate the canvas (Image – rotate canvas – 90 degrees CW)
- Apply Poalr Coordinates. (Filter – Distort – Polar Coordinates – Rectangular to Polar)
- That will make your starburst
